Please sign up with whatever class you would like to bring. I'm unsure of the lowest level of being able zone in but I would say that being 70 is a good idea. It will probably take a about an hour 2-3 hours depending on how many people are able to attend. I don't think it will take that long but better to over estimate then under!

Holiday debuggery

We know there were a few kinks with the holiday promotion. We've been working very hard to get them ironed out. If you have a paid/permanent account, keep on sending those coupons. Here's an update:

• If you were unable to send out multiple coupons at a time, please perform a hard refresh, and you should be good to go.
• If you redeemed a coupon to upgrade your account and the balance at checkout was $0 instead of $9.95 or $15, this means your upgrade did not go through (nor were you charged). We've straightened this out, so you can now apply your holiday coupon toward the purchase of an annual paid account.
• If you tried to redeem a holiday coupon and had trouble using a gift certificate to cover the balance of an annual paid account, we identified the root problem. If this happened to you, you can now use your holiday coupon together with your gift certificate.
• If the number of holiday coupons you have available suddenly goes up (instead of down), this might be due to recipients declining the coupons, at which point your pool of available coupons will be replenished and, therefore, increase.
• If you need assistance with holiday coupons or pretty much anything else (well, LiveJournal related), please open a support request and we'll be more than happy to help!

Tweaks

• There were some initial glitches displaying results on My Guests, but we've worked them out. We hope you'll check out who's been checking you out!
• Some of you reported formatting issues using the Rich Text Editor (i.e., line breaks were being removed incorrectly). We've implemented a fix! Thanks so much for your patience.

Icecrown Citadel groups are finalized for tomorrow night.

There are two groups - if you have not yet done the first 4 bosses please read up on them beforehand.

One thing I neglected to think of is the second group does need a leader. So if you are in the second group and willing to lead it (or co-lead it with another person), please say so, otherwise I may need to juggle groups around.

Unfortunately I still was not able to seat all DotA members who signed up, due to needing healers, but we got pretty close.

as i posted on twitter, confess put her hand through the cheap glass that was the top of the screen (though ours was glass) door to the back yard. i have 5 cuts, one deep enough that it needed stitches. it went across the pad of my thumb which means that while I can type well enough (though not as well as usual, sigh), I can't mouse on the trackball. which means I can't wow very well. *pouts*

I took myself out of the CoD raid for tonight, I'm going to see if the new bandages for tomorrow let me play or not before i take myself off the sign ups there.

Things that complicate this?

2 100+ pound dogs that wanted to go outside RIGHT THEN THANK YOU as glass shatters and blood sprays.

Cleaning up broken glass off dirt and concrete covered in 2 inches of wet snow in the cold, with a cut that won't stop bleeding.

Walking said dogs in snow on a leash with only a left hand when you're right handed.

Realizing that, while you have a well stocked emergency kit for dogs, including a body sling, vet wrap, medical scissors, etc, THERE ISN'T A FREAKING BAND-AID IN THE WHOLE HOUSE!!!!! Toilet paper+scotch tape for me!

So, that's been my morning.

At least it was Maintenance Tuesday? I hope they fix zse's DC issue and the stupid lag from last night. I'm going to lay down and read a book and wiat for my hubby to get home to help with the broken glass and blood in the kitchen.

How sad is it that my first thought wasn't for the stitches, but for the raid tonight? I'm a sick woman.

So i've been tanking for about four weeks now. I started tanking low level heroics at about 24k unbuffed. In the dozens of instances I've led I've only been the cause of one wipe. I'm now at 27k unbuffed and recently had some idiot mage in H uk tell the group to boot me cuz my gear sucked, and I couldn't hold aggr, this is as soon as I teleported in and hadn't even eaten or buffed up. 1. My gear is half purple and blue and I'm at 545 defense, AND i'm at 27 k unbuffed. Now I've been running H uk for weeks like a madwoman kicking ass and have had NO problems. And I've been runing reg TOC and other difficult instances. What I'm having trouble with is that everyone THINKS they know how to tank, or what makes a good tank. And everyone and their mom has tank advice, but rarely do they know what the hell they are talking about. Honestly I need to grow thicker skin, or quit wow. Because between all the idiots, and ninja plate dpsers stealing plate tank gear i swear I'm gonna lose it. Damn I should just stick to my stinking dps toon because this is not fun.

I'm looking to transfer servers.  I would most likely transfer my disc/shadow priest, or arcane mage.  I have a post up on the regular wow_ladies, but I was wondering if you guys were recruiting or somewhat in need of anything at the moment.  Also, my hubby is looking to transfer with me, and I know he would not join DOTA but I was wondering if you guys knew of a welcome guild that would take in either a prot/fury warrior or a warlock.
